- Guest posting services
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Content creation and marketing
Specific services, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements or order
confirmations.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the authority to grant access to websites or accounts as needed
- Not use our services for any illegal or unethical purposes
- Not resell our services without prior written agreement
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice
- We accept payments via the methods specified on our website
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in individual service agreements
5. Service Delivery

- Clients grant us permission to use their brand materials for service delivery
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- Client business information
- SEO strategies and campaign details
- Login credentials and access information
- Financial and payment information
White-label clients' end clients will not be contacted by SMBify directly.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SMBify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not responsible for Google algorithm changes or ranking fluctuations
- We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic increases
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services:
- With written notice as specified in the service agreement
- Immediately if the other party materially breaches these Terms
- Upon completion of the agreed service scope
Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration as a final resort
11. Modifications to Terms
